As an exhibitor in the Career Center you will be able to display your company to students and teachers during the CCD event. The exhibits will be provided with a 6-8 ft table and electricity if needed. Breakfast and lunch will also be provided for the exhibitors.
Labs are visited by groups of students on a schedule throughout each day of the event. The learning labs are hands-on activities and should last approximately 15 minutes. Learning labs need to plan on set-up Wednesday, January 30, 2019 from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. and be on-site for the event each day from 7 a.m. - 3 p.m. Breakfast and Lunch will provided to learning lab volunteers.
Any donations large or small, such as water, gift certificates, discount coupons, admissions tickets, promotional merchandise, etc. can be used as either prize give-a-ways for student participation or for the "goody bags" distributed to approximately 2,000 students throughout the event. Registration of food for the volunteers at breakfast and lunch is also provided.
At the event students have the opportunity to test out their abilities on pieces of heavy equipment. The students are supervised while in the equipment display area.
**Companies providing equipment are automatically considered Platinum Sponsors due to the time commitment; however we would be happy to have you as a sponsor as well.**
Equipment questions may be directed to:
Matt Sessions, Ring Power, 321-436-8065, firstname.lastname@example.org
At the event we need volunteers to help guide student groups through their days schedule. In addition, certified equipment operators are needed to help students operate the heavy equipment. Volunteers will be provided with breakfast, lunch and water throughout the day.
