As an exhibitor in the Career Center you will be able to display your company to students and teachers during the CCD event. The exhibits will be provided with a 6-8 ft table and electricity, if needed. Breakfast and lunch will also be provided for the exhibitors.
Labs are visited by groups of students on a set schedule throughout each day of the event. Learning Labs are hands-on activities that should last approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Learning Labs should plan on set-up Wednesday, January 29, 2020 from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. and be on-site for the event each day from 7 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Breakfast and Lunch will be provided to Learning Lab volunteers.
Any donations large or small, such as water, gift certificates, discount coupons, admissions tickets, promotional merchandise, etc. can be used as either prize give-a-ways for student participation or for the "goody bags" distributed to the approximately 2,000 students throughout the event. Food donations for the volunteers at breakfast and lunch are also appreciated.
Central Florida Construction Career Days, Inc. is a public charity with 501C3 designation.
At the event students have the opportunity to test out their abilities on pieces of heavy equipment. The students are supervised while in the equipment display area.

Over 200 volunteers are needed each year to make this event possible. At the event, volunteers do everything from participate as tour guides assisting student groups throughout their days schedule to helping handout CFL CCD swag bags or assisting in the volunteer break room. In addition, certified equipment operators are needed to help students operate the heavy equipment.
Volunteers will be provided with breakfast, lunch and water throughout the day.
