Scholarships

Students in counties with a nearby CCD event may be eligible for a scholarship. Scholarships are a great opportunity to offset the costs of education and alleviate financial burden. There are no CCD-sponsored scholarships in the South Florida area.

Senior students who attend the event are eligible to win $1,000 with the submission of an essay regarding their experience at Construction Career Days, their most current report card and a teacher referral. The scholarship sub-committee chooses one winner from each of the Central Florida counties that participate in CCD. These scholarships are made possible by the generous sponsorship and participation of companies in the Annual CCD Golf Tournament.

Students attending the following schools and many more, have won past scholarships:

Orange County – Apopka HS                         Brevard County – Cocoa HS                        Seminole County – Winter Springs HS
